THE CAREER RESET
A guided transition resource
For experienced professionals navigating an ending

Your role ended.
Your accumulated capability did not.

A private, self-guided journey to make sense of what changed, recover perspective, explore credible futures, and turn uncertainty into a practical next chapter.

The learning space is not publicly browsable. Access is personal, approved and non-transferable.

Six stages. One cumulative Reset Map.

01

Name the rupture

Separate the event, the meaning attached to it, and what remains.

02

Regain ground

Clarify pressures, practical needs, support and immediate agency.

03

Separate role from capability

Translate title and institutional experience into portable value.

04

Explore possible futures

Build credible hypotheses before prematurely choosing one identity.

05

Test, don’t panic

Use deliberate experiments to generate evidence rather than activity.

06

Build the next chapter

Create a decision compass, 30/90-day plan and future review point.

Private by design. Personal reflections stay in the participant’s browser in the current MVP. They are not sent to a CRM and are not used to profile people for future products.

Built from a live pilot, without overclaiming it.

The self-guided edition grew from a six-week live Career Reset pilot with mid-career professionals navigating transition. The pilot combined facilitation, workbooks, reflection and peer support.

The underlying paired dataset contained eight participants with matching baseline/endline values for the shared purpose/alignment item, alongside positive participant feedback across several endline dimensions.

Important limitation

The live pilot was small and non-randomized, and the group/facilitated experience differs from the digital edition. The pilot informs design; it does not guarantee outcomes or establish that the self-guided product will reproduce observed changes.

Request access to the private learning space.

The application helps verify fit and protect the curriculum from anonymous browsing. It does not guarantee approval. We ask only for information needed to understand who is requesting access and why.

Access conditions
Optional permissions — not required for course access

No marketing consent is inferred from requesting course access. Optional boxes are unchecked by default.

A reflective resource

Designed to support career reasoning and practical experimentation.

Not therapy or emergency support

It is not medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice or crisis support.

No outcome guarantee

Career outcomes depend on many factors; access does not promise employment, income, wellbeing or clarity.
