1. Purpose

The Career Reset is a self-guided reflective career-transition resource. It is not accreditation, professional certification, therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, emergency support or employment placement.

2. Access

Approval is discretionary and intended to protect the learning environment and curriculum from anonymous or inappropriate use. Approval is personal to the identified participant and may be revoked if access is misused.

3. Protected curriculum

You may use the protected learning material for your own career-transition reflection. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, systematically copy, scrape, mirror, reproduce at scale, upload the protected curriculum as training data, or give another person or automated system unauthorized access to it.

4. Your reflections

Your original personal reflections and the personal Career Reset Map you create remain yours. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying prompts, curriculum, structure, visual design or protected course material.

5. No outcome promise

Career outcomes depend on many personal, professional, economic and institutional factors. Access does not guarantee employment, income, career clarity, wellbeing, promotion, business success or any other result.

6. Appropriate use

Do not upload or enter confidential employer records, restricted institutional information, passwords, personal data about third parties or other material you are not entitled to use.

7. Wellbeing

You may skip any exercise or stop at any time. The course does not diagnose or treat mental-health or medical conditions. If you are in acute distress or unsafe, contact appropriate local professional or emergency support.

8. Security limits

Technical controls can reduce unauthorized access but cannot make viewed information impossible to copy. These terms therefore remain part of the protection model.
