Access application data

When you request access, the gateway asks for your name, email, country/location, professional sector, a short description of your transition context, why you want access, and optional professional-profile/referral information. This information is used to assess, administer, secure and, where necessary, revoke access.

Required access administration is separate from optional contact permissions. Requesting access does not itself opt you into marketing.

Optional permissions

You may separately choose to be contacted for Career Reset follow-up research and/or future tools and beta research, including Flash. These choices are optional and unchecked by default. You may withdraw either permission by contacting the address above.

Private course reflections

In the current MVP, answers you enter inside the protected course remain in your browser's local storage. They are not submitted to the access database, CRM, analytics service or Flash. You can export or erase them locally.

Data minimisation

Do not include sensitive third-party information, confidential employer material, health records, passwords or other secrets in the access form or course reflections.

Retention

Pending or declined access applications should be deleted after 90 days unless a security, dispute or legal reason requires limited additional retention. Revoked access records should normally be deleted within 12 months. Approved access administration records may be retained while access remains active and for a limited period afterwards for security and accountability.

If you separately consent to future research/contact, the minimum contact and consent record may be retained for that specific purpose until you withdraw consent or the purpose is discontinued; it should not require retaining the narrative details of a declined application.

Sharing

Access data is not intended for sale to advertisers. Infrastructure providers may process limited data where required to host, secure or operate the service. Public course reflections are not collected by this MVP because the protected reflection data remains local.

Your choices

You can ask what access data is held about you, request correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw optional consent, or ask for access to be revoked by contacting the address above.
